Very good

Good location

It was generally clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Good facilities and a good location. They also always have security on site and the rooms were very spacious.

The pool wasn't completely clean and there is a church next door that makes alot of noise while you are sleeping starting early morning at 5.

The beach apartments

I like staff. They were very helpful. Nasmeer was phone call away if you needed. If I ask anything, they have helped me out as much they can and beyond. Place has 24/7 security and feel safe for anyone, including a single traveller or woman. Suit was spacious. Air-conditioning works perfectly. This is a big plus for living Sri lankan humidity. Didn't experience mosquito bits inside the apartment. Thumbs up for this.

Suit didn't have an instructions book or guide book to use the appliance. Wasn't sure how to work hob, and hot water can swap solo power to electric boiler turning on switch. I didn't know this until I called them and asked. Because of this, I did have a cold shower for a couple of times. If they had an instructions book, this problem would sort out easily. The apartment location was convenient, but negombo is not much nicer place to stay in Sri Lanka compared to other areas of the country.

All the staff is very friendly, we could check in early. The location is perfect around cool bars, and a beach, all sightseeings are very close.

A delightful stay, from starrt

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Beach Apartments (also known locally as The Beach All Suite Hotel) The apartment perfectly met our family's needs, offering a great location, spaciousness, and a relaxed atmosphere. Above all, the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, including Manager Nasmeer, Ranga, Pias, Neil, and security guard Bandulla, made our stay truly memorable. We were genuinely reluctant to leave due to the homely and comfortable environment they provided

If I were to mention one aspect, it would be the cleanliness. While it wasn't dirty, it could benefit from better cleaning upkeep and maintenance

reconsider if you are planing a quite relaxing holiday

The staff and i like the sea view!

Knowing the property since 2015, i was completely dissapointed this time.When i arrived i got friendly greeted by the Manager Mr.Nasmeer and got also swiftly checked into a freshly cleaned apartment,but sadly i had to learn,that from a former glorious 4Star Beach Hotel was nothing left ,than an ordinary run down Beach apartment condo ,without any restaurant or breakfast facilities, nor neither at least a vendor machine ,for beverages & some snacks at lobby area.The pool was not very clear,as well the plastic sun beds were mostly brittled,worn out and a safety hazard for children indeed.The main issue of my unpleasant stay,was focused on the church facing my bedroom side.The noice was simply unbearable and it started daily at sharp 5:30 AM ,with bells and firework crackers which sounded like bomb detonations,this was frequently repeated during the day.I felt constantly annoyed by church activities and worshipers!The rooms during my former 2 stays at the property were located on the other side of the building,which was back than a minor issue,compared to my latest experience.Unfortunately i can't give a recommendation, unless someone wants to be woken up daily at 5:30AM on holidays and beeing tortured with church noice all day!
