    Fantastic experience and fabulous room
    An amazing building, and the room I was in has recently been refurbished to a great standard. Female host on arrival was extremely welcoming and friendly. Definitely need to arrange another stay soon.

    The steep stairs! But to be fair its an old building!

    No issues whatsoever, all our needs were catered for and the food we did have at the hotel was amazing. Staff were lovel
    Amazing location, great breakfasts and the rooms were brilliant.
    No negatives really, just a shame there isnt a car park that is owned by the hotel but its a minor negative for such a great location. And theres plenty of car parks a short walk away.

    Room was excellent. Comfortable, roomy and well appointed. The staff were very friendly.
    1 Room not ready at check in. A fridge in the room would have been nice. Needed to get teabags topped up at breakfast, and the hot water wasn't. These were rectified on asking though.
