    Only 1 hard chair in room. Would have liked 2 comfy armchairs.

    Location is very convenient, food was very good. Also their sister hotel the grand was very good. Entertainment on new year's eve was excellent. The function room, food and staff were very good.
    The only criticism we have is we didn't sleep well on either of the two nights stay. Traffic was constant all night. Very noisy. Definitely needs double glazing fitted on the main road.

    AVOID like the plague
    Staff where VERY rude, we walked out after 30mins and went elsewhere Room was also VERY VERY small Ive used hotels for 10years as part of my job staying in them for 4-5 nights a week and occasionally on a personal basis ( like this time ) . Thats a LOT of nights in a hotel and NEVER have I had to walk out due to rudeness of staff, suppose after this long it was bound to happen
