    Breakfast was hot,varied and plentiful. Staff were helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Rooms were large and comfortable.
    The waterpark renovation wasn't completed yet so that was a little disappointing. Everything else was very nice.

    Staff was amazing - but overall cleaning ness was awful - I will not
    Bathroom was terrible, tile floor coming up and you stepped on broken tile, towel rack was falling off the wall. The kids bottom bunk bed had blood on the sheets, air conditioning leak inside so the floor was wet. Trash was left on bunk from the last guest
    Blood on sheets, bathroom was the worse Ive seen! You walked on broken tile. Trash was left on the bunk beds from the last guest - overall cleaning of the rooms was awful!

    ROOM SIZE IS GREAT THE NUMBER OF BED WAS AWESOME TO FIT MY FAMILY SIZE, HAD A VARIETY OF BREAKFAST, STAFF WAS WONDERFUL THEY WERE SO POLITE
    BED SHEETS WERE DIRTY, WE HAD TO REQUEST FOR THEM TO CHANGE THEM, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT IF IT WERENT FOR THE ANTS ON THE BUFFET BAR ALL OVER, HOTEL IS PRETTY RUN DOWN COULD BE BETTER

    It was ok
    The breakfast was ok, the hotel outside was nice, the interior needs work.
    Door keys stopped working multiple times, the tv kept going to static, the hallways smelled, the arcade did not have many choices, and the pool was closed.
