An excellent hotel to choose again for our next stay in Wroclaw.

I'm very glad I chose this hotel for our stay. The location is excellent, it's new, the staff is friendly and professional. The restaurant is rather fusion and not to my taste for dinner, but breakfasts are amazing and are among the best I've had at hotels in europe.

Ventilator in our bathroom didn't work (and I'm not sure it even existed as there was no switch).

Beautiful but disappointing

There are no facilities for children. Restaurant is overpriced and our steaks were not great. No selection of beers. Kids food was not kids friendly. Room was comfortable but not big enough for 5 star hotel. We had broken heating system and dirty kettle. No coffee machine,

Perfect stay in perfect location in Wrocaw

We liked the very friendly and careful staff, easy check-in, perfect breakfast (even better on New Year's Day), fast and very good room service. We had a nice, quiet, and clean room in perfect location next to the Dome. The spa is really nice, too. Thank you.

Good value/price.

Very good staff, nice hotel and spa, breakfast good with one exception - on one hand very good quality on the other al carte dishes so so (bagle and omlette were dry) but again staff was very very nice and helpfull.

Unclear parking pricing for car spot and also on top charging (for EVs charging additional charge which is fine but poorly communicated beforehand).

Modern, clean, and has professional and courteous staff. Very close to everything. Comfortable bed, very nicely designed room, and delicious breakfast with lots of selection.

Not many items for kids on the dinner menu, no swimming pool, and no billiard table/game room.
