Short break

Position of property, and that they had parking. Very clean and friendly staff nice breakfast.

We were in downstairs room Found the TV too small for us The shower wasn't very powerfull or hot enough. Bedside cabinet next to bathroom door Kept hitting it when exiting bathroom. Room was a bit outdated could do with lighter colours, better lighting.

Friends walking holiday

A warm welcome and very helpful owner. The room and beds were very comfortable. Everything was so clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked with lots of choice- excellent. The location was perfect for our walks and visiting family and friends. We would definitely recommend it, and hopefully we will be able to stay again . Thank you for looking after us so well.

Hadnt been to Hunstanton before but found it very nice and the locals were very friendly. Lovely beach.

The owners were very friendly and polite. The breakfast options were very good and everything was lovely.

Everything you want from a seaside b&b.

location is central, staff (owners) were extremely friendly and professional. very clean and covid aware. breakfasts were fantastic, very tasty local produce. extremely good value for money we would highly recommend.
