    - New and modern accommodation located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport, featuring modern interior design, clean facilities with a pleasant smell. Convenient check-in and check-out processes through detailed messaging with staff, although there was no on site staff
    - Some points to improve, - Both shower/ bathtub water not hot enough - And soundproofing was quite awful.. had to wake up at 6am as baby wad crying next door :(

    love the hotel room!
    Overall the family is impressed with the hotel room (bigger shore room) 1. Very spacious 2. Aircon is excellent, cool and comfortable 3. No TV, instead there is a big projector, so satisfying to watch Netflix and other shows 4. Bathroom is spacious, excellent water pressure 5. the interior design is modern and pleasing, well thought out 6. near to airport (it was our transit hotel as we were going to fly off next day) 7. Located on 5th floor, and there are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants within the building, there is also a health clinic 8. definitely value for money I would stay here again just for the ambience and the room.

    the only drawback is parking, there is no designated parking for hotel guests so you will need to find parking around the building or in the multi storey carpark in the building. During working hours this is very full, hard to find parking.

    The twilight room is spacious and beautifully designed. With the interior design that is so esthetic we are so excited to stay there. Everything is just super beautifully decorated and the bed and pillow are very comfy. Had a really good night sleep. Will be recommending this room anyone that love a nice vacation getaway. For sure will be staying here again

    staffs are really helpful and they have quick response. normally just 7 mins to the downtown by grab however there are traffic congestion sometimes which might consume longer travelling time for around 15 to 20 mins. lots of shops (foods, massage, convenience shop and night market etc) nearby, very lovely.

    I like it how clean the hotel is and they even did my request on decorating my room :)
    Provide us with laundry bag even if you didnt have laundry service because some of us will definitely forget to bring plastic bag to put on used clothes
