Excellent stay.

Very friendly welcome. Good location close to the seafront but in a quiet area. Shops, cafes, pub, chip shop, all close by. Breakfast; a good choice and very well prepared.

Very comfortable stay in a nice, quiet location

Veronica and Diane were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good, close to the city centre and Hoe, but on a quiet street. Corner shop, cafes, chip shop, and bus stop, are all close by. Good choice at breakfast which was very well presented and prepared. Nice TV lounge.

We would definately stay here again if the price is right.

A warm welcome from Veronica. Lovely quiet comfortable room. Good location within walking distance of Theatre Royal, The Hoe, The Barbican and City centre. Excellent breakfast. First time I've had gluten free biscuits left in the room - much appreciated.

Good, but would be better in the summer. Very cold night spent there even though the radiator was on full. Not much heat

Great location, lovely staff, comfy and good food.

Lovely sized room with plenty of space and comfy beds. Breakfast was super nice and made to order. Owner was super kind and helpful. Would defo recommend.
