    Very well priced stay in family sized rooms.
    Very accommodating and kind owners. This was perfect for a large family to stay in two rooms the night before an autumn wedding. Breakfast is 10 and worth the money as it is a cooked breakfast. Lovely pub. They were very sweet to put a candle on the breakfast for my sons birthday. Great communications before the stay.

    Great value and lovely friendly staff.
    Very welcoming staff and service in bar was excellent. Loved watching Wales win the rugby on TV, along with the very friendly locals. Fabulous breakfasts tailored to our dietary requirements. Easy access to rooms with separate entrance from pub. Good location, plenty of parking and short walk into Laugharne centre.
    Bathroom needs a bit of TLC and somewhere to put toiletries rather than on the floor.

    It was quiet outside (we were in room 5 at the back), the bed was comfy, the proprietor was keen to help if we needed anything. The fridge meant we were able to provide our own breakfast.
    An extension cable was plugged into another extension cable which seemed a bit dodgy from a safety perspective. The bathroom fans from the other rooms could be heard quite loudly through the walls, but we got used to it.

    Get your arse down to The Carpenters !!
    Great hospitality from owner/staff and also the friendliness of locals made it a very enjoyable couple of nights. Btw, breakfast not included in room rate but can be added and is well worth the money. Nice also to have good home cooked food available on the premises in the evening.
