Chris, the host, was a top fellow. The room was clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was the best we had in Scotland. Location was convenient and within walking distance of the city centre.

The location was perfect, quiet, yet an easy walk into the town core. Our host was amazing, the room was clean and very comfortable.

Very comfortable property. Wonderful location within easy walking distance to the River Ness and lots of restaurants, bars etc. The host was very helpful with any information we were after and provided a very good breakfast. Parking was also easy.

Host Chris friendly and welcoming - check-in very easy even tho he was out at time - lots of extras in the room including chocolate and whisky! Huge room lovely and quiet great breakfast
