    A comfortable stay at the Charter House
    I loved staying at the Charter House. This wasnt uber fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and well located. It was nice to be greeted by friendly security and lobby staff. I really cant say enough about the amazing customer service - from the housekeeping to the maintenance staff to the restaurant staff, everyone was so kind and timely. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (it was $5 extra per day for the two of us, but worth it to try Filipino breakfast). Airport transfer is extra (about $20), which I didnt know until after booking the transfer (initially I thought it was free), but it was reasonably priced and nice to have someone waiting for me at the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Manila.

    All the employes are respectful and smile face.
    Breakfast is ok for the pilinos, but europian is nothing to choice only egg and bacon for a week. Its a little bit boring.
    Better if you have many choices for breakfast to a different nationality. Maybe fruits its include for breakfast. Brown bread is normaly use for europian breakfast.

    Overall, the stay was pleasant.
    Both the location and staff service were excellent! Kudos goes to front desk staff of Angela, Jessa and Tita for their exceptional customer service.
    The bathroom tiles had lots of mildew. Aircon was not as cold as it could have been. Breakfast selection and preparation have room for improvement.
