Very good

It was fine. Nothing super fancy or special.

It was fine. The bathroom was a little dusty and dirty and some of the soaps were empty. Good shower pressure though.

Wish parking were attached. Also, we were on the 7th floor and it was really stuffy up there, despite adjusting the HVAC.

I did not eat breakfast at the location. The location was great, other activities and business was very close

Make sure bathrooms is clean. The services of front door valet was poor when we first came. When I met Tod he took very good care of me later that night. I really adore Tod he should be a manager. He went above and beyond.

Room was above average in size for downtown. Great spacious bathroom as well. Great mix of the old history of the building with modern decor and amenities.

Room was not represented well at all.

Bed was super comfy.

The room I received did NOT look true to my booking. AT ALL. I politely spoke to the Front Desk attendant and he relocated us to a different room. Still not exactly what we expected but it was better than the first room.

Negatively life changing and disturbing

I love the property and Ive always loved to stay at this location! Had a racist bartender and bar manager at the locations on site bar, and it ruined our whole stay.

This was a night out on the town for my girlfriends birthday, and our night was completely ruined by a racist bartender and bar manager. They were talking about throwing stuff at our race, right in front of us. Absolutely disgusting! Was comped our room but have not heard an apology from the site gm. I will never return to this location and am honestly disturbed and disgusted for life by these gentlemen.

Staff could have been friendlier. I could take the lack of communication and smiles if the requests had been completed.

Location

Customer service. I Requested room service and towels were thrown on Table. Dirty towels and trash remained in room. Another room in our group did not get towels but trash was emptied. Cleaning bathroom and making beds was NOT done in either room.
