    We were given a very cramped table. When other tables were set for 11am bookings. The waiter came to take away our plates when we had not finished eating. Room was on ground floor and beside a noisy corridor. Staff were busy with a wedding when we arrived and we had not been advised of that

    Perfect stay for visiting this area.
    It was very conveniently situated close to the metro, shops, seafront and restaurants. I stayed in room 18 which was wonderful, very warm and comfy. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast each morning was first rate.
    Nothing, only lots of stairs to top floor but nothing bad at all!

    Expensive for a loft which stinks of sewage; especially when you dont get the refund you were promised before departure
    The location and the exit.
    The horrendous smell in the room (clearly a blocked waste pipe in the bathroom, which was subsequently confirmed by the owner); for which some of my room price was refunded (or so I was led to believe). Nearly three months, and four ignored emails later Im yet to actually receive it. A choice between a childs size portion of muesli or coco pops does not merit the title of continental breakfast.
