    Great only for sleeping in.
    Perfect location with free parking 2 seconds from the town itself . We had a massive room too. Although there quite a few negatives if youre planning to only sleep in the room Id highly recommend it.
    The room was freezing and there was no way we could find to turn the heating on . Wasnt the cleanest place and we had an external bathroom. The room also occasionally had an overpowering smell of rotten eggs which according to the owner is normal. Lack of plug sockets too.

    Very pleasant stay big comfy bed nice private bathroom next to the room had everything I needed. Would defo recommend and stay again.

    Breakfast room was cluttered with 'stuff' dirty dishes from someone's evening meal and no evidence whatever of breakfast.

    I hated leaving this place. The host was wonderful.
    It was the most amazing room I ever stayed in. Better even than a good hotel. The only problem is that I have been spoilt. Everything about the room was artistic. Nothing was ordinary. I never slept in a bed like it! It was a four-poster bed with brass tips and it was amazingly comfortable. The duvet was exquisite. One felt like Royalty. I only got to spend one night and hated leaving.

    Fantastic location, with parking. Nice big room, with everything we needed and a huge bathroom. (Though there were only two of us I had booked the family room as that was the only one left). Ben was happy for us to check in a little early as we were meeting friends in the city centre at 2, and was happy for us to leave our car parked there until lunch time the next day while we met another friend for brunch, as other guests weren't expected until 2.
    No complaints. The decor is dated but that didn't bother us and everything was clean. If it were to be revamped the rooms would be much more expensive.

    Unbeatable location with free parking. Spacious room and bathroom huge comfy bed. Room a little dated but it was nice to experience some old fashioned charm. Ben greeted us, he was so friendly and welcoming

    Superb location, cosy and clean with no extra service.
    Perfect location to explore the city for an amazing price.
    We had contact to the personal by phone only. I felt treated like my mother telling me what to do and what not to do. The staircases can be challenging.

    Location, location, location but find another place for breakfast.
    Location is perhaps the main reason for choosing this place, it's right in the centre of town. It's reasonably priced too. The room was clean even after moving the beds around, which shows that care has been paid to cleanness.
    No breakfast included.
