Superb

A very good introduction to Pembroke

all went well. Our host welcomed us, a little earlier than expected ,but this did not present a problem; The room was newly decorated and extensive work had ben carried out on the residential wing. The room was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Parking at the time of our visit was available to the rear of the property. The meals both in the evening and in the morning were of a high standard.

The access could benefit from a clearly defined space for an short term put down so as to minimise the travel with luggage.

Location Food (when restaurant was open) Staff were lovely Lovely decorations in restaurant (for Christmas)

Room was lovely but wasn't very clean Restaurant was closed on the day we arrived and only place to eat was a chip shop which I'm not keen on chippy food.

Convenient location

Great location, just down the road from Pembroke Castle. The staff were very helpful and our room was small but very comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both meals were very good.

Nothing. Unfortunately it poured with rain so we couldn't get out for a walk to explore the area!

Nice hotel, well located for the town and local visits.

Spacious room in a good location on the main street. Cooked breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly.

Functional and practical

Sadly the building is flimsy so I could hear people talking and coughing in the room next door. Frustrating when you're trying to sleep. I'm guessing I would have heard a TV too if it had been on.
