    It was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was beautiful presented and the location was excellent. The towels were very large clean and fluffy.

    Absolutely awful, we were cold, unable to shower. Total nightmare!!!!!
    Location
    We had very little/no heating, very little/no hot water. The water pressure was extremely low. Bulbs in the bathroom kept failing, one bedside lamp didn't work. There were no PAT test stickers on any of the electrical items!

    Bay window hat you could sit in, over looking the quay and river
    Room quite small, I like to have an armchair if possible.

    Owner was friendly. Lovely laid back approach. Bedroom was bright and clean . Bathroom sparkling clean. Beautiful quality towels. Couldn't find fault at all. Would highly recommend staying there
    Bit of noise from the pub next door but didn't go on till late , so it wasn't a problem

    Clean and comfortable.
    The location was wonderful. Right in the heart of Bewdley. It was very clean and comfortable.
    It was very hot the night I stayed and the room I was in only have a very very small window. This meant the room was incredibly hot all night long.
