    Pleasant short stay in a classic hotel and quality location.
    Classic, old time hotel with modern facilities. Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom had all the niceties desired. Would definitely stay there again.
    Would like closer parking.

    hotel is overpriced , staff is not trained at all , breakfast is simply unacceptable.
    breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. So called continental breakfast was so bad , that i had to buy it outside
    Hotel is solid 3 star, but priced as 4-5 star hotel.

    Location, the house keeping staff and the bell boys
    1, Croissants during breakfast items were not replenished. Once they were over in the tray, that means they were over. They need to plan their quantity better. The receptionists overseeing the breakfast were not attentive. They would get refills only when asked and at their own pace. 2, the reception desk needs to be friendlier.

    Would stay again because of cute location and pretty hotel but just be aware that parking situation isnt ideal.
    Gorgeous hotel and good location with cute shops around.
    The parking was not ideal, if this hotel had a valet it would be perfect, but you have to park about 200 yards away on the second floor of a parking structure which is inconvenient.

    Nice but pricey
    The facilities are super clean, high end finishes, lovely and helpful staff.
    The neighborhood is lively, but the windows are single paned, so that late night free screening of a movie on the street at the nearby cafe felt like it was in our 6th floor room. Also, for the price, the bed could be better - theyre a little soft.

    loved the concept but feel for rates being asked you need to smooth the servicrd or cut them out!
    the decor, the fact that it is a historic building. Enjoyed the restaurant as well.
    The breakfast. For starters coffee was terrible and the fact that on weekends there was nothing available until brunch at 10:30 not acceptable. If you have something available it should be quality!! or not to have it at all!!
