Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Valleta.

The location. The dimension from the bedroom. The staff. The breakfast. All very nice.

The hotel must have some painting in the reception.

A Perfect location for relaxing and exploring Valletta

I have visited Malta a number of times over the years but now I've discovered the Cumberland it will definitely be my 'go-to' property for future visits. Conveniently located in Central Valletta this boutique hotel is within a few minutes walk of all the city's attractions and of the main bus station (where you get anywhere on the island). The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable (with the option of a terrace in some of the suites). What makes the property though is the friendliness of the staff who are on hand whatever the hour to offer advice, help and assistance. The property also offers a lovely breakfast menu catering for all tastes!

Nothing at all to dislike - if I was to offer any advice it would be to consider adding a little extra to the options to the mini bar in the room (some lovely Maltese biscuits to go with the tea and coffee options would go down very well!).
