Exceptionally good.

The room was surprisingly big. It was bigger than what I expected from the advertised photos. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam ( Ive stayed in 5). The whole experience was super comfortable. The room had netflix. The pool size was good and view was also nice! The staff were so professional and kind. The main receptionist during my stay had good command of English.

The pho in the breakfast was bland and the other options were also a bit limited. But to be honest, breakfast is negligible when in comes to how great the stay was in Dream Suite. I would go here again!

The best stay in Vietnam so far

This is one of the nicest places we've stayed at during our travels. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We worked for most of our time there, and the internet disconnected a few times, so they provided a router for us to ensure we have a stable connection. The location is about 5 minutes walk from the beach, and in front of the hotel there's a local restaurant with amazing food. Plus, lots of other restaurants and supermarkets on the street. Grab taxi was between 2 - 5 pretty much anywhere we went in Da Nang, and a motorbike cost 150,000 VND per day (5). We had a washing machine in our apartment, and the cleanliness was of high standards. The rooftop pool was lovely, too.

Good for the price we paid

Close to the beach, restaurants and convenience store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and have all the appliances you need.

Had a funny damp smell in the corridors. Gym isnt really a gym, just a treadmill and some hand weights. You are only allowed 1 drink with breakfast, either a coffee or juice. If you want more then you have to pay. Breakfast finishes at 9.30am which is early in my opinion. All other places we have stayed finish between 10 and 10.30am.

Very good

Really modern room, clean and nice facilities e.g. laundry, flash kitchen, universal plug adaptors built into the walls with USBs. Good location, not too far off the main roads but with a relatively quiet surrounding area. Staff were extremely friendly and approachable, ready to help with whatever.

Not a major issue but breakfast was off an a la carte menu. It was still nice but was expecting buffet-style like most hotels.
