STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMERS

I chose this place for the New Year's Eve because of the view from the building to see the fireworks etc. So I booked an apartment with the sea view specifically. On arrival, I contacted the host, who immediately proposed to upgrade my current room to a "better" one with the view. The current room turned out to be with a city view mostly (90%), which didn't correspond to the description in Booking! I booked in advance and paid 300 eur for 2 nights. The host charged 2000 THB more for the "upgrade". STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMERS.

The pool is cool, but not worth the price

The pool was amazing. It was very cool to watch the sunset, but FYI the pool was freezing cold. The room was clean, comfortable and secure. It's close to the beach, but far enough away from the wildness.

Please note this is more of an apartment setup. There is no doorman, but a security guard to tell you you need to get in touch with someone to check in. So if you need to check in quickly, this is not the place. Also, you can't leave your luggage there after check out, so luckily I only had a backpack.

A very enjoyable break in Pattaya

A very modern apartment block. Situated very close to the beach in a great location to restaurantsand bars. The apartment was spotless and very well presented. I loved the bath tub with the views over the bay of Pattaya and beyond. Excellent pool and gym facilities. The staff who run the apartment were quick to respond to any questions. Overall I was very impressed with the accommodation and would recommend to anyone who wants a little bit of affordable luxury.

The residence itself worths the money Modern, clean, with a great rooftop pool, gym, separate saunas for women and men...

Overall, I don't recommend this area to couples or anyone looking for privacy, pure air or clean water...definitely you can find better places in Thailand
