    good for a short stay hosted from very friendly people
    its all about the staff, extremely friendly, helpful and cute
    only 8 sunchairs for this number of rooms is a joke, never available. pool is very dated and needs renovation urgently. There is no proper beach around so there is no Krabi feeling

    Beautiful hotel and lovely staff but food wasnt great and facilities outdated
    The serenity and silence of the nature all around us
    Its a beautiful hotel but a bit too outdated and tired! Gym was hot and without a working fan, play area was long expired! Food was very basic but thank goodnight outside was an amazing restaurant

    If you are looking for personal jacuzzi, private pool area and a very quiet place to get away from hustle bustle city li
    The staffs service quality is very good. It has a nice pool facing the cafe and we have our own private pool area right in front of the balcony which was fantastic if u want a quick dip into the cool water under the hot humid weather .
    It doesnt have a great front entrance and also the beach isnt one that you could walk or swim .

    Were coming back!!
    The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Particular thanks go to Bum, incredibly hospitable and so lovely to see him each day. Rooms were spacious and very good. My children loved the pool table and the adults loved the animals especially the resident monitor lizards.
    Very little! Some suggestions: cushions on benches on balconies, maybe make use of the beach, shower door or glass instead of curtains.

    Nice hotel with quick access to the beach
    The elements was a nice hotel to stay in. Equipment is very good, the pool is big, the gym, game room and play room are well equipped. The restaurant is open air so that gives it a nice charm. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade into the suites and they are absolutely great, spacious, nice view. We appreciated the staff making us feel special for our birthday celebration.
    There are 2 things that I think need to be addressed to make this hotel perfect. 1. The pool service. We arrived at 4:30 pm to use the pool and order cocktails and there were empty glasses on nearly all the tables, and leftovers towels on the chairs. We stayed over an hour and no one came to clean the area. This doesn't really give a good image. 2. The noise in the evening. They should have a guard or a staff member tell people to either go inside their rooms to talk or reduce noise after a certain time. Ex: after 11:00pm, the hotel should be a quiet area. We had people in different rooms talking from one balcony to another, and the day after people drinking and talking by the pool until way into the middle of the night.

    A quieter classy retreat away from the "noise" but with plenty of facilities
    2nd visit primarily because of location and facilities. Very quiet area, away from the tacky tourist noise of AoNang. The hotel has good facilities if you are spending time there, big gym and pool, games, books, table football pool table, badminton, boche, bicycles for free. Hotel can arrange any island(s) trip with boat picking you up on beach across the road. Excellent and friendly staff. Highly recommend for those with kids or for any family or couple who want a quieter hotel but with good facilities
    Water not hot in shower, warmish only (maybe just our room). Breakfast fruit juices should be made from the juice of fruit not that sugary crap you get in cheap hotels - this is not a cheap hotel!

    We booked for two weeks and really 2-3 days would have been sufficient for the location.
    The hotel itself was very good, and staff very attentive. The curtesy bus to Ao Nang, at set hours, is a necessity when staying there. The room and decor was very attractive. Pool and surrounding areas extremely well presented.
    Location too remote which is not stated in the description. Beach - unusable. Advertised as good and 7.7yds from hotel but full of rocks, dirty and muddy sand and completely unused by any guests during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful although the english (hot) breakfast was always cold. Empty restaurant for dinner, and food not up to standard expected. Bar non existent. Lack of shops and nearby amenities,

    Quiet resort.
    Great helpful staff, big room with balcony overlooking pool which Waa a good size. Very quiet resort with only 2 restaurants and a shop nearby. The restaurant at the hotel was ok, but a tad expensive.
    Breakfast was average at best, most of the hot items were lukewarm.
