    Gorgeous views and lovely property. Furnishings need a little updating.
    I had a corner room with two balconies, and the views from both were spectacular! I enjoyed the views the most during my stay. All of the staff were friendly, but the front desk team was the best! I can't say enough about them. The room was spacious.
    The furniture is worn and needs updating. There were stains on the couch, one of the chairs, the bedspread, and the carpet. There were frayed areas of carpet and rips in some of the furniture. It just needs a to be taken care of because the locations and views are worth the stay.

    Staff wasnt friendly at all. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we got offered another room un aware it would cost us $100 more to take another room. The free breakfast was a joke no plates or silverware to eat and only offered old hard muffins and and pastries and cereal with no spoons. The room was clean but not worth the price up-charge!

    The location was awesome. It was a very pretty resort.
    There was construction going on, and it happened to be right near our room. It was extremely loud did not allow us to have the full relaxation that we were hoping for and even shook our room quite a bit.

    We were greeted at the front by two elk feeding on the trees at the main entrance. Our room had 2 walkout balconies in different directions with seating. We enjoyed sunset drinks overlooking the lake and the mountains behind. Enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the restaurant and a crisp morning walk with the changing leaves and a small herd of elk as the sun came up over the mountains.

    Beautiful view of the lake and mountains! Our room was super quiet even though we were right next to the restaurant and check in desk.
    The shower in our room had little to no pressure and only had luke warm water.

    Great location but the resort could do with a freshen up.
    View from our balcony room was amazing, overlooking the lake.
    Room needed renovating, very disappointing for the amount of money paid. The lounge has a rip in the fabric, the balustrade on the balcony was loose. In general, looking very tired. We also paid in full prior to our stay and were then hit with an 'extra tax' charge. Fellow travellers, whom also paid in full prior, did not receive the charge. We asked for an explanation were simply told the tax rates went up at the beginning of the year.

    I deserve a refund.
    Honestly, I was very disappointed. The room rented was wrong. It had damage in the shower with the shower head. They tried to make it up to us with a breakfast, but the breakfast had hair in it. I didn't really like any of it.
    I didn't like any of it. I still need to contact bookings, because they didn't have the right room that I paid for. For expectations and cost, it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a hotel.
