Pleasant

Bed & Breakfast

Breakfast was gorgeous

That we had to be down for a cooked breakfast at 9.15am and after that it was just continental. Its far too early especially as we were on holiday. They also asked us to move after breakfast to 3 chairs in the back foyer abd they lock everything up during the day. You have to access the hotel by a pinpad and you have no access to facilities. It's really a B & B.

From walking in the experience was fantastic. Staff made you feel welcome booking in with Martin and John was brilliant. Nothing is to much trouble for them .

Location, as we were going to the theatre and evening meal with fantastic. Wonderful food with great professional service. A really joy.

The only issue which spoilt our stay was the bathroom being freezing cold with no heating. Would normally enjoy a morning shower but couldnt when the its like an ice box.

It's not really a relaxing hotel. Our double room was tiny. We stayed two nights and had to ask for toilet roll and towels on the second day. Cooked breakfast is only served till 9.15 am and they are very strict about this. Breakfast was lovely but we were asked to move once we were finished. They lock the hotel during the day and it's a pincode to gain access but no access to the hotel facilities and only your room. They are able to change hotel prices but its not a hotel. I won't be returning.
