Very clean room and perfect for family

Very clean, all kitchen stuffs are available. The instruction for check in is also clear. Location is not too far from the central and only 200 m to the U-bahn

The heating on the bed room did not work properly or we just cannot operate it :) otherwise everything is very good

Im sure most people would have a great stay here. The interior is stunning with some great amenities and its well located in what felt like a safe and quiet area. Unfortunately during our stay there was issues with the boiler, so the heating did not work and there was then issues with the hot water. There was poor communication throughout this, and the inability to rectify the problems and the lack of care and disregard left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. After two and a half days in a cold apartment and no hot water we were offered a heater and to take a bottle of wine (my wife doesnt drink) at 7pm the night before we are due to leave. After leaving we complained further to customer service but we were told we were wrong and offered 10% discount. After complaining to booking.com we were then given 25%, but frankly I wouldnt expect to pay anything to stay in an apartment without heating or hot water. I hope nobody else endures the same issues

+ Artsy room decor + Full kitchen if you want to cook + Comfy bed + Sauna is a great addition + The host is super responsive + 20-30 mins walking distance from everything / if you are less keen it is 10 mins to main attractions

- it would have been nice to have more guidance on the appliances in the apartment: sauna is controlled remotely, one has to ask to turn it on. The beamer and sound are not straightforward either
