Not great.

The beds are comfortable.

The room stunk the whole time. The pub that is in the same area I wouldn't recommend. There were hairs/pubes on the shower walls. Water was cloudy. The lady at the desk doesn't understand English very well and is a little hard to understand. They also don't give cash out for washing facilities.

Pleasant stay. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Good location. Handy to shops/eateries. Large grounds, plenty of parking.

The bed blankets need replaced as theyre stained yellow.

Budget Friendly Stay

Big room sizes, Doors off lounge and bedroom to yard, decent bathroom, comfortable beds, kitchen had utensils, plates, cups etc. Warm

Bathroom floor gets very wet when showering(had to use extra towels to keep it dry.). Couldnt use Aircon/heatpump as it had a very bad smell when turned on. Skylight thing in 1st bedroom makes room super light early in morning.

Spacious rooms, but furniture looking tired.

Spacious rooms, well equipped.

Restaurant etc closed, received a message less than one month before, no offer of discount. Check in process needs to change, we received an email saying that if we didnt check in before 8:30 then the payment would automatically be taken on the original card, we had a long drive and arrived at 7:50 only to be told the payment had already been taken at 2pm. We have stayed at numerous places booked via booking.com on this trip and all the others have given us the opportunity to change card before taking the payment. I suggest The Garden Hotel (Motel) come into line with other establishments.

Room was spacious, staff were great with communication issues we came across very understanding. I have stayed here multiple times and has always been great.

Arriving after check-in time to our rooms not prepared after being handed out keys. As the room was being rush cleaned we didn't have certain things in our room like hand soap etc. First time this has happened while staying here so it wouldn't stop me returning for stays in the future .
