    Perfect relaxing and easy access to beach harbour sea and amazing views.
    The location was perfect,easy walk to the Harbour and to travel to different beautiful locations.it was peaceful and quiet. The property was perfect in every way!

    Bungalow in quite residential area.
    It was spotless clean. The relaxing chairs have been very comfortable. Good WiFi access. The kitchen had a basic kitchen Equipment. The Destination is easy to find. And it is very quiet. Dogfriendly.
    The two single bed mattresses were so so soft, it was impossible to sleep well in them. The sofa was uncomfortable and much too small. The terrace with the rock garden seemed pretty desolate. As kitchen Equipment a whisk would have been nice. Finding a parking slot nearby was always a Challenge.

    Lovely bungalow!
    Booked last minute from originally staying in Dartmouth and it was pristine, finished to a high standard, comfortable and well equipped with a nice touch of scones, clotted cream and milk.
    No negatives.

    Great little place to stay - highly recommended
    The place is a lovely little place to stay in Brixham. The place is clean, well decorated and furnished with delightful features. The surrounding area is pleasant and 10 minutes walk from the main harbour and town area. The hosts were exceptional. We particularly appreciated the cream tea that was left for us, as well as tea, coffee and a bottle of milk. They could not have done more to make us feel welcome and appreciated.
    I wish our stay was longer. One thing that wasnt great is that parking close to the property is limited, which could be an issue if you have limited mobility. We arrived late on Friday evening and there was no parking available next to the place so we had to leave our car on an adjacent street.
