Great breck

Was so happy with everything the welcoming pack was very much appreciated, we had a small problem with the electricity but Carol on reception had it under control we had a wait for the lad to come and fix it but Anna Bell look after us for breakfast the following morning completely would difo stay there again thanks so much

TERRIFIC BREAK, HOPE TO RETURN

HOTEL VERY BUSY -A BARBERSHOP CONVENTION/COMPETTION WAS TAKING PLACE-LOADS OF SINGING AND PEOPLE IN GREAT FORM- FORGOT AN ITEM IN OUR APARTMENT AFTER CHECKING OUT BUT IT WAS NO BOTHER TO MARIE WHO BROUGHT US BACK TO THE APT TO RETRIEVE THE ITEM . VERY GRATEFUL

AT BREAKFAST RASHERS WERE RESTING ON BREAD SLICES IN A BANBURY-THIS MEANT ANYONE WITH A GLUTEN INTOLERANCE COULD NOT EAT THEM

On the Sunday night entering the mangerton suite after the kids disco . The security on the door was very arrupt and rude in a aggressive towards I Michelle scannell in a high pitched voice she was aggressively presuming we weren't staying at hotel and asked another security to stay with me while he goes to see how many other people were sitting at our table. Myself my husband and 2 kids were at table. It was very embarrassing at the time there was other people behind me in the que. I and my family would be frequent guest at this hotel. I did report it on check out the next day. Also my son fell in the swimming pool area on a broken bench in the changing rooms he was badly bruised on his hand in which we attended a doctor Tuesday after returning home.

Everything with the apartment and location. Plenty of tours and easy connection with the town centre. The staff were first class.

We were located in the first floor and on the second night of our stay a group came to the property and were very loud. They were so loud I got out of bed to look out my window and there was a young man literally outside my window taking on the phone. I knocked on the window and motioned him to be quiet because it was past midnight.
