Very good

perfect location and friendly comfortable establishment.

The room was spacious and clean. breakfasts were excellent and dinner was very good. Staff friendly & helpful. We had to park the car at one of the car parks, but it was fairly close by.

Superb

Best dog friendly stay

Very nice country pub with great atmosphere and really lovely staff. The room decor was stylish and extremely comfortable. The absolutely delightful cherry was the doggie bag and goodies for our little dog. Really a wonderful touch and so appreciated.

It was everything I had hoped for and more.

Excellent location; accessible on foot from the Holman Way car park. Lovely village with good walks and plenty of good facilities. The breakfast was first rate. Very welcoming and helpful, friendly staff.

Drop off with heavy suitcase would have been problematic, as access to the hotel by car and immediately close parking an issue. But forewarned is forarmed and it is easy to walk to from a pay and display car park.

LOVED IT AND WOULD STAY AGAIN OR IN ONE OF THEIR SISTER HOTELS

ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND DECORATED IN KEEPING WITH THE PROPERTY. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE

THERE WAS A FANTASTIC CHOICE OF HOT DRINKS AND LOCAL BOTTLED WATER IN THE ROOM BUT NO BISCUITS! I FELT IT JUST LET IT DOWN SLIGHTLY

It was disappointing

I always love visiting Topsham and the central location is perfect

Unfortunately it was very noisy on the night I stayed. Having had a very long journey, I was looking forward to an early night. Unfortunately the room overlooked the courtyard area outside the bar, and even after closing time it was extremely noisy. I was unable to rest until well after midnight.
