The large smart TV in my room had multi channels.

I stayed three nights here, and was very disappointed. The website gives the customer an image of the Golden Boar that doesn't quite match what it has to offer. I was staying in a room that was without an ensuite, so I was sharing a bathroom. The ridiculous bathroom shower in the bath was my main dislike. It was impossible to stand up in the bath to take a shower because I hit my head on a large oak beam. So the alternative was to take a bath. But! The taps had no way of filling the bath but to hold the shower head in the bath for it to fill. My guests and I had a dinner, and we all felt the meal we ordered was sub standard, for the price. Also, when the chef came to our table to explain his meal, his whites were extremely grubby and he was not wearing an apron. I was also concerned that there was no breakfast included in the room price. Oh yes. When I arrived, my room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Even the clean folded towels on the bed reeked of it.

A very pleasant country pub which made a very comfortable overnight stay that included a good evening bar meal watching the World Cup Rugby match with a friendly crowd.
