    Great location but dirty and not worth your money- look somewhere else!
    The location could not have been any better. Just a minute walk from Interlaken West Train station!
    The place was not ready for us when we got there. There were no pillows or sheets for the sofa beds. The apartment itself was also pretty dirty. The couch has stains, the dining chairs had dried food, and the linens had hair and dark spots.

    This was all misery. Apartment booked on 4 September 2023. No access to key box, given phone number not in use, no response to messages, after an hour with help of a passerby we found another phone number after which we had contact and access to flat. Turned out the flat was not clean and tidy. Rubbish, dirty dishes, beds slept in, bathroom not clean. Landlord indicated cleaner would come in an hour. By now it was 9pm and I was no longer confident of a good outcome. Decided to find another place to sleep and agreed with landlord that I would get my money back. After three weeks, no money back yet. Tried to get in touch via booking.com. No result. Total no responses to messages to the landlord and no money back. This was an unmitigated disaster. The fact that the flat was dirty is not ok but can happen. However, the way the landlord then handled this misery is scandalous.

    Everything, except absence of a lift. Still it gets 10 out of 10 for It was as comfortable as home. I'm not posting any pictures as they won't do justice to this place as it is more cozy and comfy than it looks like. The place is situated right outside the West station, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bus station. Everything you need. The in house kitchen is as big as it is at homes.
    The bathroom are not attached.

    Great large apartment. Lots of steps but we made it. Dryer wasnt working so we dried the towels for them. Happy to help.

    For the price they charged, it was not worth it.
    Location is very good.
    There was no proper guidance from the staff about reaching the hotel, or to collect keys. We had to keep calling them and asking. The apartment did not have high quality appliances & furniture. Everything was quite basic. Only single size quilts for double beds, no almirahs. Dishes were lying in dishwasher and not in the cabinet. Dryer was occupied by some garments of the owner. The apartment does not feel modern & luxurious.

    Great location, very clean, kind host
    Very clean furniture and amenities. The owner was so kind with us. He quickly changed the internet router for the apartment when we faced difficulties with connecting to the old one. The location is so great, you might not use tour car in the center if you want to have a dinner in any restaurant or shopping from shopping center 2 minutes walking. Also the park is just 10-13 minutes walking. It will be my choice again and again when I visit Interlaken.
