    Smooth check in. The guy who received us was very welcoming . Loved the hotel and its retro look. Location is superb right in the middle of cbd. Lots of options to eat near by and everything that cbd has to offer. Would gladly stay again.

    AC was broken Room was on 2nd floor and having no lift. Very hard to move luggage to top floor. Booked for family but bed was very small, sofa was very very old. This hotel is not worth for money at all.

    Location , right the centre of town
    Uneven floor where all of the furnitures have sunken at the centre of the room. I was worried that the floor would give way to the lower floor. Floor creaked loudly. The place needs a lot more work in repairing. $300 a night is too pricey . More like $150 tbh.

    Free parking but hard to find. Also with limited lots.
    No lift when staying in high floors with heavy luggages. Also Noisy and heavy traffic.

    The location! Great for walking and access to many local areas.
    Would have been great if the bar or restaurant was open for breakfast or coffee.

    Traditional hotel in the heart of Launceston
    Great location, comfy beds, spacious room, traditional style
    Room was a bit hot but had aircon to cool it off. Some parts of the room and hotel are in need of some updating.

    Older hotel but clean, big rooms, good location.
    We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and comfortable.
    We arrived after hours during a power-outage. It would have been nice to receive some type of communication from hotel as to what was happening. As we were left in the dark upon arrival as to what was going on whilst lugging luggage up three flights of stairs in the dark.
