Swimming pool Staff was polite and cooperative Rooms were spacious

Bathroom was smelling sometimes. Need some hooks and rods in Bathroom to hang towels and clothes. TV should be wall mounted so that the table will have more space. Provide more hangers in the closet. Enough tea/coffee sachets should be provided on a daily basis or better keep the stock as per the days stay and person in that room. Would have been better if you could provide toothpaste/ toothbrush, the basic toiletries. Restaurant had very limited options in food and liquor. Even food taste was very average. Suggest if you could also provide some beverages / beers in fridge and some wafers biscuits chocolates. if customers consume charge upon checkout. This will give you some more income and customers also feel better with this provisions.

Amazing stay. Would 100% return of wifi problems are solved

Our stay at The Grand Leoney was amazing! Came in with low expectations but was blown away and ended up extending our stay after checking out other hotels (nothing compared). The rooms were large, clean and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect in vagator. The pool was always maintained and clean as well as pool bathroom, gardens and restaurant. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I would absolutely choose the stay there in the future and dont understand the mediocre rating.

The wifi NEEDS to be updated. We barely got any wifi in our first room and the second room wasnt much better. We intended on doing a little work while at this accommodation but sadly wasnt able to due to wifi problems. This was the only reason we considered staying somewhere else. We were also placed in a room which had a faulty shower head which sprayed the entire bathroom and the sheets + duvet had a lot of pilling. New bedding would make a world of difference.
