    Only stayed for one night. Very quiet as well away from any roads as down a long cul de sac.
    Breakfast was excellent. Bedding and towels all clean and fresh. Shower was piping hot. Staff were superb.
    Am used to a slightly firmer bed, but that's a matter of opinion, not a criticism.

    Close to Rockbeare Manor for a wedding. Thats about it.
    It was filthy, the shuttle service they offered online was not running so it cost 30 in taxis (the only reason I stayed). Check out is unreasonably early, bed was awful. Smelt terrible.

    We were made very welcome and had a comfortable stay.
    The friendly, accommodating staff, the comfortable room and the breakfast.
    A bit more surface space in the room, for example a dressing table or simply a table and chair would have been good. Especially if we had been staying longer.

    Warm, relaxing and friendly staff
    Felt so welcome, if your looking for a traditional b and b it is perfect, cosy, warm and I felt as though I was being invited in to stay the weekend at a friends home. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was a must!
    A little dated but it added to the charm. Rooms were very warm but thats a personal preference

    Check in process - was left waiting outside in cold and rain for 10 minutes. Early breakfast time, last sitting at 9am, too early.

    I would definitely stay there again
    The owners were so lovely and welcoming. The hotel is at the end of a longish drive, and not too close to local restaurants, but Steve (one of the owners) was so lovely he dropped us off to a restaurant and to the shops the next day. Stunning view from our bedroom window. We were asked to choose our cooked breakfast the night before which I think is a great idea. We had fruit and yogurt, pastries and toast to choose from and the cooked breakfast arrived within 10 minutes of us sitting down.

    Exactly what was needed for my 1 night stay to a nearby wedding.
    Easy enough to get to. Friendly staff and lovely building.
    Perhaps could have been a little cleaner.
