The pool and shared areas were great.

Outdoor shower and toilet when very humid, slow wifi, hard bed.

Beautiful communal spaces, rooms were average at best.

The design of the property and shared areas was great. Loved the pool and netted areas.

There was no power on one of the walls of my room and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Fantastic place to say as someone who is solo travelling, likes to be social, but doesnt quite want to drop the luxury.

The property was beautiful and had lots of great amenities. All of the staff were wonderful. The food was delicious with lots of options and overall my stay was 10/10. I will definitely be coming back for longer when I am next in Bali

Amazing place, great locarion, not as great front house staff

The hotel is great. It has an amazing vibe and location is spot on! Great to walk to the shops, massage, best Canggu restaurants and La Brisa. Breakfast was yummy and restaurant staff was friendly. The security guys are also really polite and helpful (we did late check in and early check out). The room looks beautiful and the yoga classes and other activities are a good addition to the stay.

Front of house (reception) staff was pathetic (with all due respect). I would stay stand in front of them and they would take a while to look into my face, even talking between then ignoring my presence. Any question I asked them was answered with a short yes or no (do you hire motorbikes? NO, do you change money, NO). A bit of assistance would be appreciated. The french guy from social was also rude to my husband while interacting.
