    The hotel was located in a great location. Anything you required was only 5 to 10 min walk. The best for me was the Opera House was only 5.minute walk.
    I couldn't get hot water for tea. Coffee machine in room was great however I wanted hot tea. If I had to go to the restaurant to request or request room service. The TV channels were all in German. Even subtitles in English would have been appreciated.

    Luxury boutique hotel, well located, excellent kitchen.
    Excellent location. Walkable to most tourist destinations. Room is decorated in a sleek modern Austrian style, with luxury appointments, gratis wine, beer and soft drinks replenished daily. Walk in shower and tub with heated towel rack. All this on top of an excellent bistro serving food throughout the day. Friendly and prompt service.

    We had a great 1 night stay at The Guesthouse Vienna. Central location yet in a quiet area, letting you have a good night's sleep. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a cutest nook overseeing beautiful Vienna. Mikhail at the reception shared all the necessary details to have a good stay, and shared recommendations of restaurants in the area. We had a small health scare during the evening and the hotel staff were incredibly kind and supportive, bringing me bread & ginger tea, and getting us a cab to a hospital - thank you for that! We also had breakfast in the morning at the Brasserie which was really enjoyable. I would recommend booking ahead of time at the restaurant for dinner or breakfast as they are open to guests outside the hotel and it gets full fast. Highly recommend and would be back again.

    The only downside is that there is no lobby (only the restaurant) at the ground floor.

    AWESOME LOCATION AND STAFF
    THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME. IT WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING WE WANT TO SEE. THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST SPOKE GREAT ENGLISH AND WAS VERY, VERY HELPFUL. WOULD RETURN AGAIN.

    Rooms quite warm hard to control temperature, restaurant very very busy as used by outside guests and popular
