Very good

Liked the property....neat and clean. Excellent staff behaviour and mouth watering food . Having their own restaurant and the service is just too good.

The property is far off from the main Munnar and in an absolutely secluded place. Journey to and fro Munnar proper will be approx 45 kms. which is bit troublesome .Otherwise an enchanting stretch through the tea gardens and spice gardens.

Good location, beware of extra charges

Good and welcoming staff. Good Location.

They asked more money around 10% plus as city tax which is not mentioned in booking.com. The person looks like partner was shouting staff in front of guests and showing no respect to guests. I have asked for invoice which supposed to be send by whatsapp, which I didn't receive it yet after repeated reminders by mesages.

Very good

We travelled by own car - the road is a very good quality even it is a little narrow. Views from hotel are amazing, pool is awesome, personnel very friendly (special hi to Sibin)

it is probably common thing for such places but we were surprised that bed sheets were moist, another (probably common thing for non-local tourists) thing that might be improved - is the choice of non-spicy meals in restaurant

Stay at THE HEIGHTS was one of the best decisions and experiences in Munnar. They were very welcoming and offered a wide spread of menu in the buffet breakfast and dinner, as well as in the complimentary breakfast. Excellent hospitality, very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Mr.SUBIN NINAN (Operation Manager)... The rooms were clean, well maintained and offered a stunning view of the green valley. It is located in LECHMY ESTATE Great place, nice charming location, situated in lush green area, service is excellent. Food clear demarcation between veg and Non veg food... Really worth for money..... Go enjoy we have great places within KERALA..... Why to go abroad..... Enjoy their hospitality.....
