    I was charged twice, I didnt manage to have breakfast at the first day as nobody explained us that it was in other hotel building

    Perfect location, beautifull hotel, the workers are incredible kind, and helpful!!! breakfast very tasty, it was a wonderful stay, thanks a lot! We can only recommend and will come again!

    The Herbert is a very nice boutique hotel part of a larger chain. Quiet rooms, great location.
    The staff was very professional ready and willing to make our stay comfortable. The location was right in front of the beach. The rooms were very quiet.
    My room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The rooms are tiny. In the first room we had I can touch 3 of 4 walls from my bed. The staff worked at moving us to a slightly larger room.

    The location was great , the sea view is nice. Nice to walk by foot in the evening . Swimming pool is a good bonus . The stuff was pleasant. The lobby is beautiful and in total the hotel design is good .
    The room was not clean, a lot of dust and stains on the curtains. On the balcony we found cigarettes and nails . The shower door was leaking . The breakfast was average (4/10) The swimming pool is nice but an unpleasant moment- the hotel employees and the guests were smoking near the pool (and even inside)

    The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well located for all kinds of activities. Walking distance to Jerusalem beach, bus stops, carmel market, King George Street ect....

    Best TLV hotel. Great location, staff and room!!
    Great location, beautiful room and bathroom, the buffet was delicious with lots of options and the staff took great care of us, and upgraded us. Beat hotel we have stayed at in TLV. Will definitely return!!
