    quite clean and very comfortable
    quite location old but very well maintained, they have hi tea until 9 pm! almost like dinner, breakfast satisfying. Friendly staff.
    quite far from town and attractions, but taxi is available anytime the only problem is terrible traffic as expected in Jakarta.

    It was really good and thoroughly enjoyed being upgraded. The Executive Lounge was an added attraction. Special thanks and appreciation to Charlotte in the Exec lounge and Dandy in Concierge
    Breakfast was good but could have been better as found in other Marriot Hotels

    Grand old hotel in quiet part of Menteng
    A hotel with a sense of history, in a quiet location (though few interesting restaurants nearby), a short walk from the Jalan Surabaya antique market. Appreciated the special offer of complimentary dinner buffet and wine that came with the booking.
    There was oddly little help available with onward travel for a top-tier hotel - just booking train tickets took a whole day of misunderstandings that featured a general unwillingness to help; it's a lot easier to do it yourself. The breakfast buffet is quite limited and bland for the price.

    The colonial features of the Hermitage set it apart from your traditional hotel. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, one of the better ones I have had at any hotel.

    Nice hotel. Make your own transportation plans.
    Nice enough hotel. Roof top pool.
    Staff bungled our train station transfer plans. Driver never showed up. They were confused the next day regarding our request for an airport transfer but didn't have a clear idea. In then end, we just hired our own taxi which was fine.
