Location was perfect! Right between Snowmass and Aspen. I loved how clean the rooms were every single day. Awesome service!

Very poor

I like that there's a decent restaurant on site that's open late. The staff there have been friendly and attentive.

I have stayed here twice in the past month. Both visits the check-in staff were not remotely friendly. The most recent stay the hotel seemed mostly empty, but I was given a room that was on the second floor and a very long walk from the only elevator on the property. Almost felt like the clerk did that on purpose. On both stays, the bathtubs were missing any device to plug and fill the tub. This was especially unpleasant when I went to plug the tub using a plastic bottle and found that there was ball of hair in the drain. Before going to bed at night and after having left for a few hours, I checked the balcony door and found that it was not lock and not even completely closed. This could have been dangerous. I've been to Aspen twice recently and it's a lot like any tourist heavy location. The locals hate the tourists. But in Aspen more than any place I've been (including Paris), the locals don't try to hide their resentment. What sets Aspen apart is that you get to pay a premium for their contempt.

Disappointing

The in-hotel restaurant had good food.

Staff weren't particularly friendly, vibe was pretty weird and the room was tired. There was access to the room externally from the car park. We felt very uncomfortable overall and cut our stay short.

The on demand hotel complimentary taxi took us directly to Aspen highland, the place to take the shuttle to maroon bell. However Aspen is def over priced.
