Room was good...check-in was good...we would stay there again. Not a 5 star but good bang for the b

Breakfast was good . Location was good for shopping. Gavin and Debra were great.

We took a taxi ( Blazer) from the hotel to a restaurant 4 minutes away and when we arrived, they told us the fare was $38 . We argued and had it reduced to $30. Don't take Blazer Taxi they are ripoff artists. Another negative was the checkout person on Sunday morning. The woman was not very accommodating at the counter or the breakfast station ( she did both)

The breakfast doesn't offer fruits or variety of food. Also, it is important to refill the shower gel bottle in the bathroom since it was empty in our room

Nice renovated hotel, but it's a shame that guest and employee rooms are not separated.

Most things exceeded our expectations. The breakfast had a self serve waffle maker and a few other options. There was coffee available 24 hours a day. The room looked nice, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Shuttles were provided to and from the airport.

The hotel put us in a room directly across from some employees. These employees would listen to loud music all day and even louder at night, and when we complained they only moved there speakers to the back of their room. There was also a distinct smell of marijuana outside our room because of them. When they came to apologize they said something like "We just want to have some fun. We'll put the speakers in the back of the room". We had to complain to the front desk every night and the complaints didn't help. We came to the hotel to rest, after a long flight, but our sleep was disturbed constantly. We highly recommend separating the guests from the employees. The bathroom only had 3 sets of towels, despite being a 4 person reservation and the soap and shampoo were empty. The staff did give us these things when we asked. The eggs served for breakfast had a strange texture and were not edible. The rest was good.
