    Good hotel, excellent location
View from room was spot on Hot breakfast was very good Guy from the reception area with long hair and beard was excellent - couldn't have done enough - was working the whole time we were there - did he go to bed that night?
Plug not working for bath - very disappointing as that's exactly what I needed after stressful journey through heavy snowfall! Restaurant overpriced and menu not great Many of the breakfast items such as fruit and orange juice had run out and not refilled

    The best stay in Scotland
Isles of Glencoe was magical. The property itself was clean, had fast WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff and looked better than the pictures. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The best part about the property is its location which is slightly off the main road and sees less tourists visiting the lake and the surrounding woods, which means you and your family have the world of privacy and seclusion to be on in nature.

    Passable
The location was amazing and the food for dinner was wonderful.
    The location is stunning!
The breakfast staff werent that pleasant and the food ran out twice and we had to wait for them to top it up again and asks for plates both mornings too as there were none left - seems very understaffed. It wasnt possible to get a barista made coffee as there were no staff available. The walls were so thin, sound traveled and even with headphones in we couldnt sleep because of noise. The spa pictures were a little misleading and you had to walk through the cold lobby in front of guests checking in, in a towel to access it!

A fantastic stay with wonderful staff
All of the staff were incredibly friendly from check-in to check-out. They did seem a little short staffed but it never reflected in the way guests were treated or rooms being taken care of. The view out of our room was great, the windows all operated as expected, and the shower had great water pressure. We were able to coordinate a packed lunch the evening prior to our day hikes and pickup in the morning was seamless. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good.
The walls seemed a bit thin and noise travelled from other guests rooms into ours.

Staff great, location perfect, pool, comfortable and breakfast with lot of choices of what to eat.
The location was beautiful, and the manager of the restaurant was wonderful! Actually, all the staff was accommodating and were very kind to our grandsons, ages 8 and 10. They loved the pool and thought the hotel was very fancy :) The food was very good and drinks by the cozy fireplace was very special. Breakfast offered our families lots of choices and was a big hit! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting good location and services in the Glencoe area.

    Great place to stay.
Our room had a view of the lake, it was exceptional. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
It was hard to figure out the heater and rooms were rather chilly.
