Exceptional

8 adults + 3 kids stayed here. We were welcomed into a cooling house + Balinese background music. Staff was very welcoming. Jacky replied to all my messages very promptly and I got clean towels upon request. During check out we meet Jackys mum & staff, also very warm and great service rendered by them. Thank goodness after 1 hour of check out, I was still around the area, Jacky found my sisters AirPods under the bed. That shows that they really do a very through cleaning and are very honest. Thankfully I was able to drive and get it back. The villa was really amazing and so many grabfood options till late night. 100% recommend this villa. Thank you Jacky!

Water pressure low

Every facilities in the house

Water pressure too low. Need to wait very very long to full bathup with water. Even not satisfied to bath using rain shower or normal shower and especially toilet flush need to wait quite some time for the water to pump back then can reflush back.
