The location is excellent, in South Kensington. The hotel is very well maintained in every detail. The rooms with a fireplace always lit are very beautiful. The staff is super kind and always available.

Very special.

Staff were extremely attentive. Afternoon tea delicious.. The lady at main reception was amazing. Overall it was a very special time in a brilliant location.

The room was very clean and comfortable but not sure if it was value for money. We were upgraded so not sure what our original room would have been like.
