Perfect

The bustop is just adjacent to the building which makes it so accessible to the tourist sites. We always found direct buses. The staff are friendly and willing to help.

This is not their fault. But because I was visiting from a country that prioritises convenience, I found it weird that there were no elevators. I had to carry 3 heavy boxes up 2 floors with steep stairs. I almost broke my back! But as I've noticed, it's a very normal thing In the UK

Enjoyable place to visit. :-D

Fantastic service and place to stay, highly recommended. Near to the shops and underground stations so a perfect place to link travel plans. Meals are worth a try too. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Tbh nothing great service with comfort and able to come and go without any problems.

It was ok.

It's a few minutes walk from Kilburn high road,where you can get the bus or tube. The shower had great pressure and was always hot.

It wasn't very clean in the bathroom, bedroom floor, and the fridge

Great place in London

Cheap and great place to stay in London. Rooms are very comfortable. I have been there twice and I had very pleasant times. The Kilburn Arms will be my first recommendation for a best price/quality solution in London.

Clean but basic.

We went early to our hotel which was 15.00 check in. On arrival at 11.30 the owner noticed I used sticks to walk so changed our room to one that was on the first floor and was ready to use. This was very thoughtful. The room was clean and provided kettle, tea and coffee, the milk was in the fridge along with two bottles of water and two cans of cola which were complementary. The room was large with a large wardrobe with some hangers, a tv, and plenty of spare plug sockets. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. The shower was a reasonable size and the water went hot quickly.

The quilt on the bed only just covered so the blanket stored in the wardrobe was needed and only three pillows provided. There was no hairdryer or mirror in the room. The shower head leaked very badly spraying water everywhere so hairdryer might be needed and also leaked outside the cubicle. Staff were informed on leaving as only stayed two nights. Hotel was a good walk from both underground stations. This establishment I would class as room only so a bit pricey as no breakfast.

Would t recommend.

Cheap. Very large room.

Check in meant queuing at a very busy bar. Long way from tube station. Nothing of note near property. Very noisy with music and people outside until early hours of morning. No option of breakfast.
