    Spa is fab! Reception staff (Thomas) went above and beyond to accommodate after a small mishap with the original room we were allocated. Lovely bar area!

    Really enjoyed.
    Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was nice, and it was a perfect location for visiting the castle.
    The pillows were a bit thin, so people may like that but I personally prefer big fluffy pillows. So this is only really a very minor gripe.

    Decent but a bit pricey.
    Nice place with decent modern rooms and nice bathroom. Parking on site is also easy with a large car park
    The prices in the bar were very high and I felt the room rate was a little high for a room only with no breakfast.

    Lovely hotel staff was lovely
    The meal was dreadful. Cheap chicken with left bones in. Chips that had been re cooked I dont no how many times. And fish that when u cooked into it the water pored out. Absolutely dreadful food
