Service was excellent! Imad was very helpful and organised items I had left behind to meet me later on my travels at no charge! Would highly recommend for anybody that wants to relax in comfort

Exceptional

We were so well looked after from start to finish by Imad. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have stayed in for a long time. The food was delicious with an incredible breakfast buffet. I had a Hammam by Bajiaa, it truly was exceptional.

It is about 40 minutes from the Medina but it suited us this time at the of our holiday when we just wanted to relax.

I like the natural scenery of lemon, it was so relaxing and cool. I love it. I would recommend to go there. It was amazing to see all the lemon trees.

Very good

We had a great stay in this oasis of beauty with friendly, attentive staff.

Beautiful place, comfortable rooms, extremely comfortable bed. Fantastic staff, Imad always made sure we had everything we needed. Any issues we had, for example getting the TV to work were solved swiftly. The entire team try their utmost to ensure we had a good stay and were very friendly. There were constant improvements and adjustments being made as the hotel has only been open one year, e.g the loungers being changed and the heat pump for the pool was being installed as we left which demonstrates the staffs keenness to ensure guests had the best stay possible.

We went in winter when the mornings and evenings were cold, more heat in the restaurant room is required to ensure a more pleasant environment to eat. Adding fresh fruit to the breakfast menu would be appreciated.
