Keep up the excellent service!

The opulence of the whole place was stunning. Your wonderful staff at Guest Services and at the Residence restaurant were all so sincere and helpful. They have to tolerate the rudeness of some of the Chinese guests from Mainland China who were unappreciative and rough on them. Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and efficient. They served from the heart with a genuine smile. Well done!

The rude Chinese guests who wore bathrobes with boxer shorts inside to dine at the Residence during breakfast were a big shame! There MUST be a minimum dress code for that grand restaurant. Please DO NOT allow their rudeness to ruin the beauty of your establishment. There should be nothing less than Smart Casual attire with long pants and no flip flops.
