Elegant Somerset hideaway

The house is beautiful, the environment relaxing and such a warm welcome from the manager! My room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was very convenient for me to be so close to the centre of Somerton and yet quietly tucked away. It was lovely to have a walk around the grounds. I will return - and thank you!

If I were to be staying for more than one night, it would be pleasant to have a guest sitting room as well - in such a large house., one expects this. The shower had a noisy drip, which could be disturbing overnight.

More than a home from home

The setting. Warm welcome, very accommodating and willing to change bed from double to twin. The staff took time to chat with us. The breakfast was off the scale, amazing! We liked the individual nature of it. Can't recommend it highly enough. The local produce used was a bonus too.

A perfect place, with friendly kind team and ideal location minutes walk into town.

The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, the house and grounds beautiful, the bed was comfy and the white bedlinen superb and crisp. The staff were really kind and gave us some great tips for dinner. The house is a few minutes walk into town with a great selection of places for dinner. Will definitely be back.
