    Beautiful facilities the waitresses work very hard but very disappointed with the welcome and the food.
    Facilities are wonderful.. Room is spacious and clean.
    The front desk member of staff asked if we had been before to which we had once a few years ago so she then said I wont show you around then. We then said we cant remember the way so she just opened the gate and pointed us in the direction. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional. We asked for some crystals for the foot spa but the beautician did not want to give them us, three times we went and asked and she said they will come round soon, in the end the waitress went and got us some after we complained to her. The food was terrible sorry to say. We wont be back unfortunately.

    Fairly good quality hotel, but sadly let down by one of the worst locations I've ever experienced.
    Unfortunately, the Malvern is sterile and not a very inviting hotel. It's set in the middle of a business park, about a 5 minute drive from Great Malvern, which is beautiful. With Aldi on one side, electric pylons on another and Screwfix to the rear, it meant it exuded zero bucolic charm. We booked a hill view room. The hills were about 1/2 way visible - just above the large flat roof, solar panels and Screwfix beneath. We were only told 1 day before that the steam room wasn't working - the main reason we booked this accommodation. The spa was good, but very crowded with day trippers and after work members, and so not very relaxing. Reminicent of trying to secure a sun lounger when on holiday abroad.

    Very small TV, very small, difficult to view lying on the bed Difficult to get e really hot bath Misleading notice posted on wall. It promised a 25% discount for Black Friday week, but it turned out that there were many conditions, and it only referred to the future

    Average have experienced better facilities at hotels that are not spa specialised . Over priced .
    Reception check in extremely friendly and efficient . The breakfast was good with a good selection of choice .
    Location of hotel opposite Aldi and premier was hoping for better view from window . Lack of spa facilities being a spa hotel . Very small pool area and Not enough loungers for guests . Very bright instead of darker calmer atmosphere.
