    Close to good restaurants, clean and comfortable accommodation.
    Location was good, just a quick walk to many restaurants and an Aldi store just 2 minutes around the corner if you need some supplies. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. A little confusion with balance to pay at the reception desk but that was worked out. Friendly staff.
    No complaints.

    Apartment was good. All the stuff we needed to make simple meals are available in the apartment. To have Aldi just downstairs was a plus point. Very close to the bus stop.
    No manual for the aircon and washing machine. Sofa was hard but not much of an issue for us. No laundry rack to dry our clothes. Shower knobs in both bathrooms need to be fixed. Kept falling off when we turned the shower on.

    I like the location. If you drive, the nearest free tram is about 15 mins walk. And with Aldi just below the apartment, it is really convient
    The check-in was not that smooth. The receptionist wasn't at the desk. So I had to wait for someone to go out of the apartment lobby, in order to get it. Once in the lobby, there wasn't a phone to call for the reception. Had to use my mobile to call for the reception which was an international call. In the apartment, it is sufficient for a family of 4. But not 5. Please do note that the 2nd bedroom does not have air conditioning! So it can be quite stuffy. As for reaching the reception in the apartment, there isn't a phone you can call. You have to go personally to the desk.
